How we deliver
Engineering Discipline, Boutique Speed.
Oracle customers do not lack tools; they lack a partner who turns governance, questionnaires, designs and Terraform into a repeatable factory. Our delivery model is a documented six-step playbook, executed by senior OCI architects, accelerated by our own agentic AI engineering assets and closed with audit-grade evidence. Every engagement runs on it: landing zone, workload, AI POC or managed operations.
The six-step delivery playbook
Customer OCI Governance
Five-artifact governance pack: framework, standard, RACI, naming and tagging, service annexes. Co-tenanted versus isolated decided and ratified by your governance board via merge request.
Day 0 Enablement
Tenancy and subscription validation, regions including DR, limits and quotas, announcements, Cloud Advisor, Cloud Guard, cost analysis, budgets and alert notifications, with an 8-point exit checklist.
Day 1 Landing Zone
Sequenced IaC stacks: IAM and security foundation, hub-and-spoke network and FastConnect, events and alarms, flow logs. Every change is fmt, lint, scan, plan, peer review, MR and gated apply.
Day 2 Workloads
Per-workload stacks for OIC, ATP, Object Storage, SFTP, DNS, load balancers, FDI and AI, with functional tests against Fusion pods, alarms, runbooks and registration in the cost model.
Validation and CIS Audit
Functional validation pass plus a CIS OCI Foundations Benchmark audit by control family. The findings register is dispositioned before sign-off.
Documentation and CD3 Reconciliation
CD3 as-built extract, three-way reconciliation of extract versus IaC state versus design, diagrams regenerated from reality and a full handover pack.
Delivery principles you can hold us to
- Everything mutating is code, reviewed in a merge request, applied by a human after reading the plan. No console-built production estates.
- Governance and CIS controls precede the first resource. Security is not a later phase.
- Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline, with KPI or exit criteria captured up front and signed at close.
- All assets transfer: repositories, pipelines, runbooks, evidence and diagrams. No lock-in; the retainer is earned.
- We complement functional SIs and Oracle Consulting: platform engineering, not application implementation.
- Data residency by default: OCI-hosted models, private endpoints, PII masking and logging for every AI workload.
Senior-led boutique team
25+ years of enterprise IT delivery leadership, 10+ certified OCI cloud architects and AI engineers, onshore architecture leadership with offshore engineering capacity.
IaC factory
OpenTofu and Terraform stacks, GitLab CI/CD with approval gates, protected apply runners, drift detection and quality gates: the same pipeline for every customer.
Agentic AI delivery assets
Engineering agents for questionnaire processing, design generation, IaC parameterization, plan review and CIS audit. Humans keep every approval and apply.
Evidence and audit
CIS audit reports, CD3 extracts, ADRs and signed checklists in merge requests: audit-ready from the first sprint.
